- 회원가입이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.

1. 이 방침이 적용되는 범위
이 방침은 아말피(이하 "개발자")가 만든 Android 앱 「FabTrack: 반도체 팹 타이쿤」(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 앱은 반도체 공장을 경영하는 시뮬레이션 게임이며, 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
앱은 게임을 이어서 할 수 있도록 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. Google Play 게임즈에 로그인한 경우 같은 진행 정보의 사본이 2-1항에 따라 이용자의 Google Play 게임즈 저장 공간에도 보관됩니다.
- 게임 진행 상황: 공정 단계, 장비 레벨, 보유 자금, 계약, 마지막 접속 시각(오프라인 수익 계산용)
- 설정: 배경 음악, 효과음, 진동 켜기/끄기
2-1. Google Play 게임즈 (클라우드 저장과 리더보드)
앱은 Google LLC의 Google Play 게임즈 서비스를 사용합니다. 휴대폰에 Play 게임즈 계정이 있으면 앱을 실행할 때 자동으로 로그인되며, 로그인하면 다음 정보가 처리됩니다.
- 게이머 ID: Play 게임즈 게이머 이름, 아바타, 플레이어 ID가 앱에 제공됩니다. 이메일 주소는 제공되지 않습니다.
- 저장된 게임: 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 이어서 할 수 있도록, 게임 진행 정보(2항과 같은 내용)를 이용자의 Google Play 게임즈 저장 공간에 몇 분마다 올립니다.
- 리더보드 점수: 최고 공정 단계, 누적 수출 횟수, 누적 매출, 주간 점유율 1위 횟수가 Play 게임즈 리더보드에 게이머 이름과 함께 표시됩니다. 누가 볼 수 있는지는 Play 게임즈 프로필 공개 설정을 따릅니다.
- Play 게임즈 SDK는 서비스 안정성을 위해 분석·진단 정보를 Google에 보낼 수 있습니다.
이 정보는 Google이 보관하며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. Play 게임즈 앱이나 설정에서 로그인을 원하지 않으면 앱은 기기 저장만으로 그대로 작동합니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 이용자가 버튼을 눌러야 재생되는 보상형 광고를 보여주기 위해 Google LLC의 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 사용합니다. 새 공정 장비 반입을 시작할 때와 공정을 전환할 때, 새 팹을 지을 때, 출석체크를 할 때 광고 시청이 필요하며, 오프라인 수익 받기, 수익 부스트, 계약 기한 연장, 장비 반입 시간 단축, 임금협상 재협상, 배송 사고 보험 처리, 강도 신고, 상장 보너스, 무료 엔지니어 스카우트, 단지 공사 기간 단축, 다음 화물선 바로 부르기 광고는 원할 때만 볼 수 있습니다.
AdMob은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 분석, 부정 사용 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하여 Google에 전송합니다. 전송되는 정보는 TLS로 암호화됩니다.
- IP 주소 (대략적인 위치를 추정하는 데 사용될 수 있음)
- 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 동영상 시청 등 제품 상호작용 정보
- 앱 실행 시간, 응답 없음 비율 등 진단 정보
- Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 등 기기 식별자
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 광고 맞춤설정 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱의 설정 > "광고 개인정보 옵션"에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 파트너 사이트에서의 데이터 사용을 참고해 주세요.
4. 글꼴 불러오기
앱은 화면 글꼴을 표시하기 위해 실행할 때 Google Fonts 서버에서 글꼴 파일을 내려받습니다. 이 과정에서 기기의 IP 주소가 Google에 전달될 수 있으며, 개인정보는 함께 전송되지 않습니다.
5. 앱이 사용하는 권한
- 인터넷: 광고와 글꼴을 불러오고, 실행할 때 인터넷 연결을 확인하고, Google Play 게임즈 클라우드 저장과 리더보드를 위해 사용합니다.
- 광고 ID: AdMob이 광고를 제공하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 진동: 업그레이드, 오염 경보 등에서 짧은 진동을 주기 위해 사용하며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 알림: 오프라인 수익이 가득 찼을 때, 공사 완료, 화물선 입항, 출석 시간 등을 알려주기 위해 사용합니다. 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약되며 어떤 정보도 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 게임 설정이나 휴대폰 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
5-1. 공유 기능
"내 팹 자랑하기"를 누르면 게임 화면과 진행 정보(공정, 단지 수, 수출 횟수, 순위)가 담긴 이미지를 기기의 임시 저장소에 만들고, 이용자가 고른 앱으로 넘겨줍니다. 개발자에게는 아무것도 전송되지 않으며, 공유할지 여부와 대상은 이용자가 직접 정합니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 판매
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 2-1항의 Google Play 게임즈, 3항의 Google AdMob, 4항의 Google Fonts 외에 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 정보 삭제
- 앱의 설정 > "처음부터 다시 시작"을 누르거나 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 게임 정보가 지워집니다.
- Google Play 게임즈에 저장된 진행 정보와 리더보드 점수는 Play 게임즈 프로필 설정이나 Google 계정(myaccount.google.com)의 데이터 관리에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Android 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Google이 수집한 정보의 보관과 삭제는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
8. 어린이의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 어린이의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy
Summary
- No sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Game progress is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google Play Games storage. It is never sent to us.
- Your gamer name and scores appear on Google Play Games leaderboards.
- Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects some information such as the advertising ID.
- An internet connection is required to play.
- There are no in-app purchases.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Android app "FabTrack" (the "app") made by Amalfi (the "developer"). The app is a semiconductor factory management simulation and is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue playing, the app stores the following in your device's internal storage. It is never sent to the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access it. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, a copy of the same progress is also kept in your Google Play Games storage as described in section 2-1.
- Game progress: process node, equipment levels, money, contracts, last play time (used to calculate offline earnings)
- Settings: music, sound effects and vibration on/off
2-1. Google Play Games (cloud save and leaderboards)
The app uses Google Play Games Services by Google LLC. If your phone has a Play Games account, you are signed in automatically when the app starts, and the following is processed:
- Gamer ID: your Play Games gamer name, avatar and player ID are provided to the app. Your email address is not.
- Saved games: your game progress (the same information as section 2) is uploaded to your Google Play Games storage every few minutes so you can continue on a new phone or after reinstalling.
- Leaderboard scores: best process step, total exports, total revenue and weekly #1 finishes are shown on Play Games leaderboards with your gamer name. Who can see them follows your Play Games profile visibility setting.
- The Play Games SDK may send analytics and diagnostics to Google to keep the service stable.
This information is kept by Google and is not sent to the developer's servers. It is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. If you do not want to sign in, use the Play Games app or settings; the app keeps working with on-device saving only. See the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) by Google LLC to show rewarded ads that play only after you tap a button. Starting the delivery of new process equipment, switching to the new process, building a new fab and the daily check-in require watching an ad; ads for collecting offline earnings, the income boost, contract deadline extensions, shorter delivery times, a second wage negotiation, delivery insurance after a crash, reporting a robbery, the IPO bonus, the free engineer scout and shortening a new complex's construction and calling the next cargo ship early are optional.
AdMob automatically collects the following and sends it to Google for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS.
- IP address (may be used to estimate approximate location)
- Product interactions such as app launches, taps and ad video views
- Diagnostic information such as app launch time and hang rate
- Device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID
In regions that require consent (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), a consent form is shown on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > "Ad privacy options". See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Fonts
The app downloads font files from Google Fonts when it starts. Your device's IP address may be sent to Google in the process; no personal information is sent with it.
5. Permissions
- Internet: to load ads and fonts, to check the connection on launch, and for Google Play Games cloud save and leaderboards.
- Advertising ID: used by AdMob to serve ads.
- Vibration: short vibrations for upgrades and contamination alerts; can be turned off in Settings.
- Notifications: reminders such as full offline earnings, finished construction, a docking cargo ship and the daily check-in. They are scheduled on the device only and send no information anywhere. They can be turned off in the game's settings or the phone's settings.
5-1. Share card
"Show off my fab" creates an image of the game view and your progress (process, complexes, exports, rank) in the device's temporary storage and hands it to the app you choose. Nothing is sent to the developer; whether and where to share is up to you.
6. Sharing and sale
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties other than Google Play Games (section 2-1), Google AdMob (section 3) and Google Fonts (section 4).
7. Deleting your data
- Tap Settings > "Start over" in the app, or uninstall the app, to delete the game data stored on your device.
- Progress and leaderboard scores kept by Google Play Games can be deleted in your Play Games profile settings or in your Google Account's data controls (myaccount.google.com).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
- Retention and deletion of information collected by Google follow the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the changes and the new effective date on this page.
